This is not because I expected Let’s Sing Country to be a bad game, but rather because I feel that modern radio-pop country is a blight on our civilization. Its wide variety of modes make it a hugely entertaining release to play with friends or by yourself, and the vast range of songs ensures that you'll always have something to sing.

Carl Douglas’s “Kung Fu Fighting” is another oldie, but then the tracklist fast forwards a bit to Avril Lavigne’s “Complicated” and Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used To Know” before moving on towards a selection of tracks that’s mostly from the last five years or so, including ones by Rita Ora, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Clean Bandit, Lady Gaga and Billie Eilish – as well as one of the songs from Disney’s Encanto. Music videos play on the screen, while the lyrics appear and light up as the player is singing them. With a song selection featuring 20 exciting and popular tracks, this game promises hours of singing enjoyment. Like its predecessor, Let’s Sing 2023 is a karaoke sing-along game focused on, as you might expect, singing. I checked out Let’s Sing 2022 last year (our review), so I was eager to see what this year’s entry would do differently.g. Beatles, Stones, Beach Boys, etc) this would have much more potential because the gameplay is nice and intuitive and the overall experience is fun. Sing alone or grab your friends for a battle of the voices in both online and offline game modes to determine – once and for all – who is the best singer around. Hopefully, with the move to digital-only purchases, these types of games can survive – it would certainly be a shame if EITHER of these particular franchises were to end. Switching from the Xbox over to the PlayStation for a little variety, it’s time to get back behind the microphone with Let’s Sing 2023. From John Newman's "Love Me Again" to Ace of Base's "The Sign, " Queen's "Another One Bites The Dust, " Imagine Dragons' "Bones, " Shawn Mendes' "When You're Gone, " Lady Gaga's "Hold My Hand, " and Kelly Clarkson's "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You), " the stage is set for an unforgettable karaoke experience. Since its launch, WTMG has been a presence at E3, Brasil Game Show, and Play NYC, with more events on the way.

I’d have appreciated a bit more genre variety, but I was impressed by the technology powering Let’s Sing 2024, as well as the fact it has a career mode. It’s a credit limit that’s sits alongside your PayPal account which you can use for your online purchases.
